He had used expired carbon fiber and he didn't get the Titan certified. James Cameron used a much safer designed submersible when he dove to the Titanic and said you should have to worry about the safety of the submersible when you go down there

  4. I agree. It is too dangerous to go down here. The CEO of Oceangate and the pilot of Titan disregarded safety warnings that could have prevented this tragedy. The Titan was a flawed design and was not certified. Scientists have finished exploring and retrieving artifacts, so it's time to let Titanic rest in peace. Some descendants of the Titanic don't like tourists going down to the wreck
