As a result, that night was total chaos and the officers didn't haeve much experience lowering the lifeboats. Since lifeboats were lowered not completely full, the cost an additional 500 lives.

  8. If the plane crashed into the Indian Ocean it would be difficult to find because that is much deeper than were the Titanic sank. Secondly, the plane wouldn't have a debris field like a shipwreck
