  1. From everything I saw, Yang's main problem was not his mic. He needs to do better making his points with the time he's given. Even when he talked, he did not do well at all, and he was given the same questions everyone else received when they went around to each candidate and then with the closing statements. His supporters constantly making the mic excuse is not going to do him any favors.

  2. Word of advice to Yang supporters, just drop it and talk about how Yang can do better next time. His mic supposedly being cut a few times is not the primary reason why Yang did badly. He came off very poorly when he was given time to talk and he's gotta work on that.

  3. Yes, and Williamson spoke numerous times, it didn't stop her from making herself known. This only proves that the mic being cut was not Yang's biggest problem.

  4. You guys gotta drop this. Yang did not do well even when he spoke, his mic was not his primary problem and Williamson spoke numerous times even though she also said she had mic issues. Accept this, move on, and hope he does better next time. Stop making excuses, it's not a good look for yang.

  7. Does it seriously even matter? Williamson spoke up numerous times despite this fact. Yang's primary problem was not that his mic was cut a few times, it's that he did not do well when he spoke to begin with. I watched the whole debate and I barely saw his hand up either, he needs to be more assertive even despite his mic being cut every now and then. FYI, his supporters should stop making this excuse every chance you get, it's not a good look for Yang.

  9. I agree his mic was probably cut, same with Williamson, I just don't think it's as big of a deal that his supporters are making it. Williamson spoke numerous times and I barely saw Yang's hand up the entire time, so yes it partly is a problem with assertion in addition to the mic doing him no favors. I don't think any of that was Yang's biggest issue though. I think he just didn't do well with the amount of time he was given. He sped through his lines on UBI and then made a bad point on Climate Change. He just needs to do better next time overall and his supporters hiding behind the mic excuse isn't gonna do him any favors. Accept it, move on and hope he does better next time.

  10.  @f0repl4y  What has he misrepresented? His primary criticism is that UBI is not supplemental on programs like disabilities and SSI. Just because you disagree with a critique does not mean it's a misrepresentation.
