I can't stand these people who pretend like they're just calling balls and strikes, yet they're so fucking biased with only mentioning polls that fit their narrative. That goes double for MSM.

@magarthur3420 There were other polls a few days ago that showed Bernie was doing better as well though. Morning Consult (right after the debates) showed Bernie gaining 3 points after the Night 2 debate, which was the biggest gain after Kamala who gained 8 points.

The fact that Bernie supporters are citing and mentioning all the polls should say a lot compared to the MSM and people like John here who are cherry picking polls from Iowa and one single poll to try to use them to fit their narrative. Polling is just another weapon the media uses to push voters in a direction, it's disgusting and I think people are catching on.

There were some polls that had Bernie +20 on Trump on 2016 election day, not to mention he has one million+ volunteers in all 50 states and a ridiculous amount of donors, in addition to 50% of his donors in Q2 being NEW first-time donors to his campaign. This is a HUGE advantage for Bernie. Many candidates using corporate backers will have their donors maxed out at $2,800 within the first quarter, but Bernie has the people power and volunteers to keep this well-oiled machine going until the very end. The media does not want to admit that Bernie and the people power behind him is extremely scary for them. If they were being honest, they would probably admit that Bernie is a colossal threat to their power and wealth.

Sam needs to check ALL the polls. John is picking and choosing polls (an Iowa poll for instance) just like the MSM who are trying their hardest to pretend like Bernie's campaign is over because one poll from Iowa had him slightly lower than usual.

The polls are literally all over the place. Some polls have Bernie closing in on Biden with everyone else behind, while some polls like that CNN poll and the Iowa poll have things completely flipped on their head. Taking just one of these polls and saying "See, Bernie's done!" is beyond fucking stupid, and it's literally all these people are doing who are already "Never Sanders" people to begin with.

@magarthur3420 Bernie has, by far, the most individual contributors to his campaign, with nearly 50% of them in Q2 being FIRST-TIME donors. Check all the other polls and Bernie is solidly in 2nd place and closing-in on Biden.

You'd have more accuracy with a Fox News or Breitbart poll at this point. At least they're not particularly trying to viciously push a candidate over others and do everything they can to take down candidates like Bernie.

@Raizhen010 I got the feeling that John was only pretending to care about Bernie's chances, all the while only citing polls that push the narrative that Bernie is somehow in trouble. Or he's just been watching too much MSM and has fallen for their BS propaganda that Bernie's campaign is failing after one negative poll from CNN. Either way, it's problematic for him to be trying to instill doubt in Bernie's chances by cherry-picking polls that fit his narrative.

Nah, Bernie should stick to pure policy. That's why Bernie would defeat Trump so easily. When Bernie talks about populist Left policies, Trump loses big time. He would just look like a child debating someone like Bernie who would just stick to healthcare, trade, and endless wars the whole time and ignore all of Trump's bullshit.
