  1. The day of the Iowa primary, I saw a tweet by one of Warren's main advisers, and he was essentially playing the identity politics so hard. It went something like: 'Before any votes are cast in this primary, I just want to say that people decided this time around, just like in 2016, that we really like the idea of a woman president, just not *this woman, and instead those people flocked to the same old white man.' (paraphrasing but that was the gist) I think this type of crap from her strategists is why she's tanking. I felt like that tweet was just the perfect embodiment for all the mistakes her campaign as made, especially ever since they decided to play the sexism card.
