She proposed a 70% marginal tax rate her first day in Congress and now it's common knowledge and polls with almost a majority in the Republican Party. You wanna equate the people who WROTE the crime bill with Bernie who begrudgingly voted for it because he was adamant about passing the Violence against Women act and it was a compromise for him even though he was very vocal (and always has been) about the problem with mass incarceration. Nearly every bill that Bernie has touched in the last 30 years in politics has been BETTER for the people and workers because he worked on it. I'd like to see you prove me wrong. The thing is you're here trying to convince people Bernie's some kind of monster and shouldn't be considered a progressive leader, however everyone isn't fucking blind, they see Sander's compassion for the working class and his massive accomplishments with raising wages and starting unions even though he has next to no friends in Washington. You can attack him on out-of-context half-truths and the few things things on his record that are questionable, but he still comes away as the best politician in Washington, and it's so obvious that people can see beyond yours and the establishment smears against him that occur every 5 minutes.
