And I wouldn't fully trust Elizabeth Warren, there's a report that just came out about how she was one of the people a part of the "2020 NY donor primary" where they essentially do one on one's with big dollar donors and give them more time the more money they have. Bernie was the only one who refused to be a part of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24LZgJfufhg

Bernie's proven his whole life that he's not a coward. He's been fighting against the establishment as an Independent for over 30 years in Congress and even longer as Mayor and in the Civil Right Movement. How long have you been "fighting" against the establishment?

That's why we have to support him so we can overwhelm the primary just as Trump did to the RNC in 2016. If we use sheer numbers we can win. Trump proved that in 2016.

Use the Green Party if you're going to expand past the 2 party system. I don't get Jimmy's argument at all and never have. It took the Greens 2 years to even get 50 state ballot access for the presidential election and it's still massively rigged against them. Why the fuck would you start over.

Dore's been talking about it for 2 years. I doubt it's going to happen at all, which is why he yells at Bernie so much for it claiming it's all his fault.

Bernie started the progressive revolution. It's the reason you're even having this conversation on a video by a guy who literally lead the movement named after him, BernieOrBust. Bernie isn't stopping you or Dore from starting a 3rd party, he's been in his own 3rd party for 30 years in Congress. Dore's been talking about starting a party for 2 years now, so why doesn't he just do it already? He's going to be saying this shit all the way up to the election claiming we can start a 3rd party a week before the general election in 2020.

Sounds like Tammy Baldwin was the one that emailed you considering you gave the contribution to Tammy Baldwin. Why is that Bernie's problem? The donation wasn't even to him.

Jimmy stop with this repetitive idea that starting a 3rd Party would be an instant success. The Green party has been trying to get higher elected officials for decades now and the highest office they hold is a mayor of a small bureau in northern San Francisco. They don't even get ballot access in every state and they need to hold on for dear life to keep their access like that story that just came out with the WV Green member. It seems like you only ever bring on guests that back this narrative that you have. Kyle Kulinski has constantly given a logical analysis of why a 3rd Party would take a long time to establish and get ballot access, and running 3rd Party is just as, if not more rigged as trying to fight the corporate Dems inside their own party. You want to frame it as this is the easy answer in front of everyone's noses and people are too stupid to do it, when that's just not true whatsoever.

Maybe we can start bombing 12 countries by 2020! Instead of the 8 currently and one genocide. Trump can do better if he's given a 2nd term. I bet even another genocide

Why don't you guys stop talking about it and just do it. Bernie's not the one stopping you. Jimmy Dore has been talking about it for like 2 years now. Why must he wait for Bernie? Bernie's just one guy.

Then you're extremely naive. Look at all the people on your own comment who are using right-wing (and corporate neoliberal) talking points against Bernie. "He's a sheepdog", "he's a commie", "he's gonna be 200 years old". Bernie needs to be apart of the corrupt 2 party system to win in 2020 and this is likely his last chance to run for president. I don't know why more people don't see this. It's is MORE rigged against 3rd parties. 3rd Parties don't even get ballot access in some states still.

+Jonathan Ruf - No I'm just using logic on my part, while you're just guessing. Trump also had to fight against the establishment RNC in 2016, but because he entered the race with star power as a reality tv host and household name, he was able to use fake populist rhetoric to overwhelm the RNC with sheer numbers backing him even though it's clear that the establishment wanted Jeb Bush to win who nobody liked. Bernie could EASILY do that to the Dems in 2020 and Trump proved that. If they succeed in getting rid of the superdelegates or even decreasing them by 75% like they're saying is more likely to happen, it is more the possible for Bernie to easily overtake the nomination and party. If you try to run in a 3rd party, you're just rolling the dice and more than likely splitting the vote so then Trump or another corporatist Republican wins and we get even more tax cuts for the 1%.

What would that make the Republican Party in Europe. I don't think I want to know.

Jimmy you're being cynical and not giving the whole context. Justice Democrats and Our Revolution have a 48% success rate at winning their primaries against corporate Dems and they are using barely any money to do it because it's all grassroots campaign money they receive from the people. The problem is that you're listing California representatives that are in the highest office and have the highest name recognition out of everyone like: Diane Feinstein, Kamala Harris and Pelosi. You fail to recognize all the House candidates that actually won their primaries. Diane Feinstein outraised her other progressive candidates by $13 million and Obama snuck on the playing field to hold his thumb on the scale, the other candidates had no chance even with the progressive wave going on. Also, I think you imagine California to be this huge progressive state. In my opinion, there are far more Californians that are neoliberals and the average liberal that doesn't know any better and thinks the centrist Dem party is great. Go to states like Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Vermont and you will see real progressive support there. And people should just recognize that the higher office you try to run for like Senate, the more money the establishment is going to throw at you and the steeper the upward fight is going to be.

+Gary DeForve - This guy makes an excellent point. You're all acting like Bernie is the thing stopping you from making your own party and it's all Bernie's fault for not leading you. Why don't you start the party and then if you do well and get ballot access in all 50 states, Bernie will run for the nomination if he sees it as the best chance to win the presidency. Ya know, since creating a 3rd party is so simple, you should no problem doing it in 1-2 years before the 2020 election.

The problem that's always been there with Jill Stein is that she's never actually served in public office. The most she's ever done is serve on the board for a town council. She has the right policies, but she's not a viable candidate to the majority of people.
