  1. How many times do we have to go over this before you get it into your thick bulletproof brain? Before Bernie even ran, he said that if he lost the primary he would be forced to endorse and back the front-runner for the party because you can't just crash a party as an independent and then completely fuck them over if you don't win the nomination. More importantly though, he wanted the progressive movement to continue to gain support and momentum (which is clearly has) and push more leftists to get on board with things like Medicare for All and such. I don't know what the fuck you want though, because Bernie literally out trying to end the wars and reassert power back to Congress so the President cannot just bomb Syria whenever he wants to. Also, he was just out at Disney in California fighting to make sure the employees had livable wages. He's everywhere fighting for the people, but do you care about that? Noooo of course not. You only want to bitch about 2016 just like Hillary does ever day. You should join the dwindling groups of Clintonites and corporate Democrat whores who love blaming Bernie for things in 2016. So good job on that front.

The people in this comment section who are saying weird shit like "Bernie is a neocon puppet" and "Bernie doesn't want to end the wars" are ridiculous considering you can hear him talking about ending the wars in this fucking video!   3. I saw this hearing and was hoping someone would do a report on this. I disagreed with a lot of the points you and Nellie McKay made the other day, but I'll give you total props for covering this Jimmy. Good job. It's strange how only a handful of politicians in Congress are pushing to transition the power to dictate war back to Congress from the White House. It just goes to show how many corrupt pieces of shit there are that want to continue the Pentagon's perpetual state of war for the US.

  4. +RawkMode - I agree with you I think. Gabbard would be highly beneficial for the campaign for the general election. Her military experience is a huge plus and she is just as populist as Bernie is and has been her whole career with condemning the Iraq War and basically taking all the right positions on foreign and domestic policies. Nina Turner should definitely be in the administration somehow, but Gabbard would be a near flawless pick for VP and really be an attractive pick for his progressive base and a lot of right-wingers.

I've refuted the point about how Bernie voted for the NATO campaign before and it's a part of a complex issue they want to rip out of context and just focus on the vote of one senator. Bernie's stance on the issue can be found on his website as "In the 1990s, the Yugoslavian army conducted a mass ethnic cleansing in Kosovo, which was then a region of Serbia. Serbia would not cooperate with diplomatic efforts to bring peace to the region. Bernie ultimately voted in support of NATO’s bombing of Serbia because he felt it was necessary to prevent further genocide."   6. +TA 72 - I really hate to do exactly what "Gene Scheel" warned about with "changing the conversation" because it's exactly what these fuckers want that are attacking Bernie from the corporate left/right with just outright claiming he "supported all the wars" and basically just lying about it, but I can't help it because they are so incredibly full of shit. You're either lying or you're taking complex issues, completely taking them out of context, and twisting them so you'll ignite doubt in people about the only senator whose out there speaking out against the wars and speaking against crony capitalism. What they don't tell you are things like "Bernie opposes the expansion of NATO because it could lead to further aggression from Russia, which is territorially sensitive about the military alliance’s expansion eastward. Bernie also believes the U.S. foots too much of NATO’s bill." Also, all the other crap you're listing are talking points from Hillary Clinton, I hope you know that. Hillary ironically attacked Bernie with the Libya vote to try to make him look bad in 2016, but Hillary and "TA 72" don't explain the specifics of the vote or how it occurred AFTER the government already began military intervention in Libya and essentially started a war. During this time, Bernie actively spoke out against the Libya conflict saying “I think one of the things many people are upset about is this war took place without consultation of the Congress, without debate within the Congress. Look, everybody understands Gaddafi is a thug and murderer. We want to see him go, but I think in the midst of two wars, I’m not quite sure we need a third war.” The vote Hillary and "TA 72" are referring to though happened after NATO intervention and the Senate drafted it as a resolution "strongly condemning the gross and systematic violations of human rights in Libya." It called for Gadaffi to peacefully step down. Bernie didn't want Gadaffi murdering his own people, but he didn't want war with Libya to begin with. Congress didn't have a choice in the matter though, which is why we're discussing this on a video where Bernie is trying to take the power to dictate war away from the President and put it back into Congress's hands, which is what we should actually be talking about but TA 72 wants to keep doing Hillary Clinton talking points to smear Bernie with complex issues that take two paragraphs to explain.
