  1. It honestly looks like your best option is Luigi Di Maio. There's a lot wrong with him considering the whole hinting at rolling back mandatory vaccines and how he's really young, but it seems like your other two main options are completely toxic. Berlusconi could be a tolerable choice if it wouldn't lead to possibly putting Matteo Salvini in a position of power. Honestly, avoid that guy at all cost no matter what. He sounds like a modern day Hitler and that should not be taken lightly. If there is a possibility Berlusconi will even potentially lead to Salvini gaining political power, I would steer clear of both of them. Salvini looks worse than Donald Trump and that's saying a lot. It appears Luigi Di Maio is the only option for an actual bright future. He is for direct democracy, populism, anti-corruption, anti-establishment, environmentalism, and those are far from bad things. Take it from a country that should have elected Bernie Sanders as its President. I do not have a first hand experience of the election so I may be wrong, but it seems like Di Maio is the only viable option for the country. I would rather have someone young and inexperienced running my government than a corrupt fascist with close ties to corrupt oligarchs like Putin.
