From what I have seen, they have tried to. Perhaps it wasn't fast enough or concise enough, but people were far too riled up to even listen or take them seriously, especially when they explained their position to eliminate PayGo and get Committee appointments over FTV. However, if you're going to blame them for communication errors, then the exact same thing can be said to Jimmy Dore and the FTV people, who instead of trying to convince the politicians, they just went straight to attacking and slandering. Communication was atrocious on all sides.

Lol all she is saying is that to throw them away is at our own peril. Do with that what you want, but don't act like one issue disagreement means they're sellouts. Not even a disagreement though, because from the sounds of it you're just upset they won't take initiative on a single issue. This mindset is foolish.

"without concessions". This is a lie. They literally withheld their vote so PayGo would be eliminated on all Left key issues and so they'd get numerous committee appointments (they got 3 on the budget committee alone if I'm not mistaken).

@elikirk2800 If PayGo didn't matter, there wouldn't have been such a huge deal about it's implementation to begin with. Last time I checked, the Left was in an uproar when Pelosi & corporate Democrats first implemented it. Progressive congressmen finally removed it and now suddenly "it doesn't matter". I mean, there's also the fact that it literally DOES matter and it's a single piece of legislation that blocks nearly every single Left-wing goal you can think of. Just because you 'feel' like it doesn't matter doesn't make it so. The same goes for budget committee appointments. Everything you're saying isn't based in reality.

Based on the Likes to Dislikes, it's clear most people agree with Turner, and then apparently the few people who disagree are simply the loudest & most obnoxious based on the comments I keep seeing.
