  2. Shouldn't this be considered Treason? Trump is openly defying the will and actions of the current White House. When people learned Ronald Reagan did this to Jimmy Carter (purposefully ensuring US hostages remained in captivity), everyone rightfully called it treason.

  3.  @shelbypowell9919  They called it treason when Ronald Reagan convinced Iran to not release US hostages. I don't know if Hamas still has US citizens as hostages, but it may be a similar circumstance

  4. Donald Trump undermining the White House and their negotiations with a foreign gov't is a clear violation of the Logan Act and is a felony offense that's penalty is imprisonment. Also, I'm pretty sure this was considered treason when Ronald Reagan did it to the Carter administration due to US hostages being involved.
