Comments by "" (@thehumanity0) on "How Trump plans to bring down drug prices" video.
And "conservatards" (sarcasm) always find a way to praise Trump for taking a dump on their chest.

This plan doesn't do anything besides give pharmaceutical companies MORE power so they can try to raise prices in foreign countries. It does absolutely nothing to negotiate drug prices in American borders, but instead they want to try to put pressure on other countries so the pharmaceutical companies can make even more money. People please read the actual proposal. It is just another greedy corporate scam just like most of the crap Trump brings to the table like his tax cuts and Trumpcare that would've kicked 22 million people off their insurance.

+Art Shandera - There really is no difference whatsoever except one of the only (slightly) good things the proposal does is now the drug companies are forced to advertise the drug costs in their commercials. However, this still does absolutely nothing to actually lower the costs and the proposal will just lead to the pharmaceutical industry making even more money than they are now. Trump had the opportunity to vote on a bill that would've actually lowered drug prices by importing cheap drugs from Canada that would've forced the pharma companies to compete with those imported drugs, but he voted against that bill as soon as he got into office after touting the fact that he was going to go after the pharma companies all through the campaign trail. Just the other day we found out Trump had accepted a $1.2 million contribution from a pharma company through Michael Cohen, which coincidentally happened around the same time as that drug importation vote when he completely did a 180 on his campaign promise to lower drug prices. It could be a massive coincidence, or it's more than likely that it was a bribe from the pharma industry to remain loyal to the Big Pharma donors.

+Art Shandera - You got that right. In America we socialize the costs (from taxpayers) and privatize the profits.

Please don't give him any ideas. The last thing we need is for Trumpcare 2.0 that kicks the 99% of the population off their healthcare.

+SuperUbermensch - Obama was bought and owned by the Big Pharma companies as well. He did the same thing in 2008. Said he was going to lower drug prices, but then got into office and was bought off by the drug companies and drug prices are still record high to this day in the age of Trump. That's what is so infuriating about both sides. You both think either Obama/Trump/Bush/Clinton did anything to help the American people in terms of pharmaceuticals. Big Pharma is Washington's biggest lobbyists and contribute far more money than anyone else. They OWN Washington and essentially any politician that takes corporate money ranging from Trump, in which Michael Cohen accepted $1.2 million from a pharma company as soon as entering office all the way to Democrat Corey Booker whose accepted almost $400,000 of contributions from Big Pharma while he has been senator of New Jershey. Then John McCain is the most corrupt senator who has accepted $1.2 million (coincidence) from Big Pharma (why its so surprising he voted against Trumpcare which would've been good for Big Pharma), and then Chuck Grassley as well whose accepted $800,000 from the corrupt industry.
