Sounds like something you'd hear in a mafia movie. These cops just getting clipped in a diner. Maybe they were dirty or something. Either that or it was just some random insane guy that randomly happened to walk in to this diner and just pop two police officers and then to decide to go on his merry way. This whole story is weird. It seems like cops are gunning down black men and women, and then the people who are gunning down cops are white men. John Highnote is definitely a white guy.
