Why are you wasting time trying to push for impeachment that would 100% NOT be successful. It has exactly 0% chance of getting through the Senate, however, there is actually a very good chance that a failed impeachment would raise Trump's approval numbers RIGHT BEFORE the 2020 election. Historically, this is what happens after a failed impeachment, go look at Bill Clinton's numbers after his impeachment.

@dennisbay3035 So your solution is to run a pre-determined failed impeachment at the exact same time that the Democratic primaries are occurring? The Democrats actually have an advantage on Donald Trump this election because we have a seriously competitive primary while the Republicans have virtually no contest going on. It hurts them in terms of political relevancy. The Dems have ALL the media attention this election cycle. Trying to impeach Donald Trump, which again I emphasize has a 0% of passing the Senate, is only going to tip that scale to make it seem like there is a circus going on on the Republican side of politics. In other words, it's only going to give Trump and Republicans FREE media all the while distracting from the Democratic primaries. Do you see the issue here??

Over 90% of Republicans approve of Trump, he has a firm grasp on his own delusional party and that's not going to change anytime soon. The statistics are not in your favor. Another stat is that over 90% of Republicans don't think Trump broke the law in any way. If 90% of Mitch McConnell's base would skin him alive if he impeached Trump, why the fuck would he do it? All you're doing is giving Donald Trump MORE press. Negative press, positive press, it's all the SAME to the abomination that is Donald Trump, who basically feeds off of attention no matter what it is. The BEST way to beat him is to IGNORE him as much as possible and put the political focus on the Democratic Primary where we will compete to elect the NEXT president, not have a trial for the moron scumbag who we KNOW will already win that trial because Republicans hold the vast majority of seats in the Senate. @JSkyGemini Exactly, and most Republican senators are up for reelection in 2020. If Dems win the House and the Senate but Trump somehow wins reelection (such as if the DNC nominates Joe Biden) then you're gonna wish you never tried to impeach before the 2020 election when everyone KNEW it was going to fail 100%.
