Comments by "" (@thehumanity0) on "Why The Alt-Right Loves Andrew Yang" video.
Nice job to the people who skipped the video and went straight to outrage commenting, you're only exposing yourselves as reactionaries.

So many Yang supporters are freaking out about this video, but why don't you actually watch the video. John defends Yang the whole time and the other guy is just doing basic analysis on why he has alt-right support. They're not the ones dictating whether Yang has alt-right support or not, simply just trying to figure out why that is.
7
Yeah, you really didn't. They mostly defend Yang and explain why him and his supporters are in a tough spot because they don't want the alt-right support.
4
What are you people talking about? They mostly defended Yang and his supporters and said they're in a tough spot because they don't want alt-right support. It's like every Yang supporter forgot to watch the video and went straight to "They're smearing Yang!".
3
They never said you can't like Yang, they're literally just trying to figure out why it might be that he has alt-right support. Watch the video.
3
Where exactly did they "smear" him?
2
Where exactly in the video did they "malign yang"?
2
Unfortunately a lot of Yang supporters skipped the video and went straight to outrage commenting. They mostly defend Yang in this video.
2
Not really, Yang himself has admitted that it is somewhat of an anomaly. There's nothing wrong with trying to determine why that is.

@erickromero1736 "if white nationalists support you, there might be a good chance you are a white nationalist." And in no way did anyone say that in the video, they realistically defended Yang especially John Iadarola, who literally said as much within the first 10 seconds and repeated that Yang and his leftist supporters do not even want alt-right support. You clearly didn't watch the video so maybe try doing that before arguing over a strawman.
1
@JoelZapata1 So you don't like the "provocative" title? It seems to me most people saw the title and were expecting a smear, so they just skipped the video and went straight to giving outrage replies over their ideal strawman of this topic. Whatever the title may be, it's still just an accurate description of what they're talking about, which involves Iadarola mostly defending Yang.
1
They're saying that's what received him initial support from the Alt-Right along with Tucker Carlson. In no way did they say that Joe Rogan and Sam Harris are "alt-right".
1
They mostly defend Yang as "not wanting this support".
1
Nobody was criticizing Yang for going on Rogan or Tucker Carlson. In fact John explained exactly why it was important for Yang to accept any of those invitations because he has to gain support somehow. 2:05

Which is the whole point. Yang himself has said that it's "something of an anomaly".

Good thing Bernie's free public college is only a small part of his platform, a platform that has been tested all over the world and works better than any other system, whereas UBI has still yet to be implemented, and the only country that is seriously thinking about it is Finland, coincidentally a country that Bernie gives as an example for his platform.
1
Where exactly did they call him "racist or sexist"? You didn't watch the video, so please stfu.
1
@tom2678 Except they mostly defended him in this segment, so if you were an average voter and actually watched the whole segment you would not get that impression.
1
@tom2678 It's debatable on what the other guy was saying but people are definitely overreacting here. John defended him nearly the whole time and debunked the white nationalist MSM smear by pointing out him and his supporters don't want alt-right support and a lot of his supporters are actually upset by it. And pointed out in terms of his appearances on right-leaning media, he has no other choice but to go on Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, and others since he needs support no matter who its from.
