"Veterans are gonna kill themselves because they'll feel like everything they fought for was completely in vain". That's true in all the ways he doesn't even mean. These guys should explain what we were doing for the 20 years and how the withdrawal was somehow that defining moment where the war became "completely in vain".

@happy5558 Literally all the civilians and Americans got out. Only 200 left who decided to stay there cause most have dual citizenship. Based on your own parameters, the withdrawal was a complete success.

If we stayed in Vietnam so the lives of soldiers who died would "mean something", we'd still be fighting the Vietnam War to this very day.

@happy5558 One hundred vs the 120,000 who were evacuated, & those same generals "literally admitted" most of the people had dual citizenship and decided to stay because of familial ties.
