The gloating is just petty imo. I've been with Kyle on the Russiagate stuff for awhile now, but all this stuff is extremely divisive for progressives in 2020. In case people have forgotten Trump is still destroying the country and getting away with war crimes and personal financial crimes. I'm glad media is gonna stop focusing on Russiagate, but it seems wrong to be viciously attacking other progressive networks who simply had different predictions on what would happen.

I'll say it again, Get a Grip dude. I'm not defending Pakman on his AOC hitpiece, I honestly haven't even seen it because I don't watch his show enough, you're the one bringing that up. Now that you mention it though, Jimmy Dore made several hitpieces on AOC and Justice Democrats, does that put him in the same category as Pakman for you then? Just to be clear, you're not playing favorites are you? My original POINT being that there was shit-flinging on both sides. I know you're triggered and angry about Russiagate, but you're being biased af with your argument. You're claiming that "Kyle's comment section was being smeared", which the same can probably be said for both Pakman's and TYT's comment sections as well. Excuse me if I'm trying to defend all sides of this, but there WAS "smears", as you put it, from both sides of the conversation, you're just being dishonest by saying otherwise. I remember when Jimmy Dore literally put TYT's comment section up on his big screen and started scrolling through calling people "brainwashed idiots". Did Pakman or TYT ever do something like that to Secular Talk's comment section? Because I Don't remember that shit going on at all. I remember Kyle and Cenk having a civilized debate over the issue, not attacking each others viewers. Stop acting like it was only going on towards Kyle, this was a widely argued over issue for 2 years and you wanna play the ultimate victim. ME, YOU, Kyle, Pakman and TYT were all guessing all along, they were predictions based on something that was up in the air. Are you trying to say you knew for a FACT what the outcome would be?

@TCt83067695 As I remember, Pakman never said that about Dore because of the Russia investigation, you're literally just making that up as if the two things are relevant to one another. I'm pretty sure that happened after Dore started attacking AOC and Justice Democrats.

@TCt83067695 Dude, I'm pretty sure both sides were attacking each other over who was right, are you seriously trying to claim that you or anyone else never called people in Pakman or TYT's audience idiots and such for their predictions. You're playing the victim so hard as if other progressive horribly wronged you and shamed you. At the end of the day, they were all just predictions from both sides, there was no finite proof to back either side for sure, that's why some progressive media did not even report on the Mueller investigation like Rational National. Get a grip dude. It's really not a big deal especially your attitude against other progressive channels, people who probably align with you on 80-90% of policy.

If someone had a prediction on Russiagate that didn't align with your own, but they believe Bernie/Tulsi should be president/VP and they believe in Medicare for All, tuition free college, a new New Deal, a Green New Deal, a living wage, affordable housing, etc, they're "Not progressive" apparently just because they had a different prediction on what would happen with Mueller's investigation? When did Russiagate become the end-all be-all of issues? This seems hyped up and amassed hysteria to the point of mainstream media and how they felt that Russiagate was a deal-breaker in the opposite direction. You do realize that right?

I've said this many times, you can go back through Kyle's comment sections over the past year and check for yourself. You still never answered my question about Dore and if you consider him a "fake progressive" for ALSO doing hitpieces on AOC, the thing you called Pakman a "fake progressive" for. @TCt83067695 It's fine. This entire comment section was foaming at the mouth, wasn't just you. People were waiting for a pro-Russiagater to dunk on, which is why I had to constantly point out I WASN'T one. For the record I WISHED TYT and Pakman had dropped Russiagate stuff, but unlike the Mainstream Media, they actually focused on the Saudi connections, Israel connections, ZTE controversy and violations of the emoluments clause and constitution, campaign finance violation, in addition to ACTUALLY focusing on real policy the whole time unlike the media. The one part where they were wrong was on any points of "collusion", however that doesn't instantly qualify them as "as bad as CNN". The media would ONLY focus on Russiagate collusion and ONLY that as going as far to use it as an excuse to not even talk about policy, Pakman, TYT and others focused on all of it, it makes them half-right, half-wrong in my book, while the mainstream media is 100% wrong and terrible especially since they were the ones controlling the questions being asked the president and basically controlling the national narrative on the whole thing. We know that if any progressive media was in their place, TYT would've been focusing on All the unlawful connections while Kyle would've been doing the same thing minus any collusion dead ends.

Kyle I've been with you on Russiagate for awhile now, but this gloating crap is just smug and petty garbage. Country's still getting fucked by Trump in a million ways and the guy is still getting away with war crimes and personal financial crimes (the things he really should be under investigation for). This kind of bullshit only makes him stronger because it's an "I told you so" that extends to Donald Trump. Massively disappointed with this and you.

@ach3456 I don't disagree with you, as I said in my first post, I saw eye-to-eye with Kyle for a long long time now on the topic and agree with what Glenn Greenwald said. My issue is with the needless vitriol against other progressives. There is far more progressive bashing in this comment section than there is about the mainstream media who were always the real jackasses in the equation. They focused on Russia in place of ever actually focusing on policy. Pakman and TYT had their predictions on Russiagate just like Kyle did, but they always focused on policy far more, so it seems like people just want to attack them because they were wrong and we were right. All this does is divide us up even though everyone agrees on policy and the only things they disagreed on is a prediction that was always up in the air. This division only hurts progressives in 2020.

@TCt83067695 I'm just setting the record straight. Go look at my original post, I made it very clear where I stood on Russiagate. Also, I don't know what "tears" you're talking about, you were the one making it seem like you've been 'so wronged' and "smeared" by those terrible terrible Internet people. And I don't believe I ever said Kyle should never have made this video. We all knew it was coming, my simple criticism was that, in my opinion , the gloating came off as petty and did not think it was going to win people over who were pro-Russiagate before. People who have been against Russiagate deserved an "I told you so" for sure, but telling people they're "neoliberals", "fake progressives" and generally just idiots for believing in a different prediction than your own is not how you fix the current problem and bring progressives together on this so we can all move on to more important issues such as unifying for 2020.

@luxuscarnage4828 Mueller's team just released information that Barr is hiding their conclusions in his letter so I would say my (unfortunately) unique nuance on the topic was more than well-founded. My predictions still, and always, have been that the Russian collusion angle will be a dead-end, but it's clear there is damaging conclusions in the actual report that Barr is covering up and now we have legit confirmation on that fact.

Sorry, but all of this is entirely unnecessary and only helps to divide progressives when we have an election on the horizon.
