@dirtbagleftist5412 Context matters bud. Bernie's remarks on the subject were that he would significantly reduce the use of drones, but wouldn't fully disassemble the drone program and use of drones since they'd still hold defense purposes. Can you really say with a straight face he'd be on Tucker Carlson (or any show) advocating the use of drones right after 7 children were murdered? I can tell you right now, he'd be saying the opposite and be commenting about how we should only use drones for defense, not revenge strikes or anything of the like.

Tulsi Gabbard wasn't the only one to completely ignore the withdrawal from Afghanistan (& then the one thing she ends up supporting is the revenge strike killing 7 kids), Dore did the same exact thing & the only time he even acknowledged the withdrawal was to shit on Biden right along with the rest of mainstream media. They're both Hacks. I'm glad Kyle took such a strong stance on supporting the withdrawal, otherwise how the fuck are we ever going to end the US's wars.

@AleXand4life That's their go-to defense whenever Tulsi does something fucked up or shows who she actually is. Somehow it's always about Bernie, when the reality is Bernie wouldn't be advocating for drone strikes immediately after 7 children were just killed in one, a "revenge strike" for that matter which Bernie would NOT support, thus is gaslighting in addition to the dumb whataboutism.

@dashx1103 Nah, what's bizarre is that you're still trying to defend her right after she's advocating "revenge strikes" (something Bernie does not support) in addition to claiming we have an "open border policy" while Biden does exponentially more mass deportations than Trump.

She was a grifter/phony/whatever all along. She's just finally showing who she actually is now that she's out of Congress and not a presidential candidate. Just like Warren, Tulsi started out with a conservative ideology.

Bernie didn't go on Tucker and advocate for more drone strikes in Afghanistan by using false dichotomies immediately after a revenge strike that killed 7 children. That was Tulsi. Stop dodging the issue by pointing to some other leftist's general ambiguous stance on drone strikes. There is no 2020 primary anymore, you can stop simping for Tulsi, the "anti-war candidate" who won't even call a war crime a war crime or at the very least state murdering 7 children out of revenge is a BAD thing & make sure it doesn't happen again.

Dude, give it up, you're just embarrassing yourself, this story has got nothing to do with Bernie & last time I checked Bernie got massive criticism from his supporters, whereas Tulsi can back off Medicare for All, tweet Project Veritas garbage, & defend revenge strikes using false dichotomies & people like you will still defend her crap. Also, No, this isn't particularly "horrifying" when considering the rest of US's politicians, but it is beyond disappointing in a long line of disappointing things Tulsi has been doing for the past year. Many people see it as a betrayal as well. For me, I think it's even more telling that she barely said anything about the Afghanistan withdrawal. She's supposed to be the "pro-war candidate", but as soon as we actually end a war for the first time in 20 years, she's fucking crickets. The fact that she then came out of the shadows to finally say something about the Afghanistan withdrawal and she ends up defending the one thing the Biden admin did in Afghanistan that was actually reprehensible, is just the icing on the cake.

@daghugowilhelmsen5660 I guess I can see your point. I personally wasn't surprised by Tulsi's response to the revenge drone strike (though I've always been cynical about Gabbard). However, I was surprised by the fact that she barely said a single word about the withdrawal, especially giving any support towards it since she was like a broken record during the 2020 primary saying "we need to end regime change wars" - we finally get an end to one of the longest wars in US history and she's fucking crickets. Once she finally broke silence, it was to support the one thing the Biden admin did in Afghanistan that was inexcusable.
