Yes he was, but now that the initial reaction to the Mueller report was already made with Barr's bullshit memo, it's very hard to change opinion based on the actual facts in the report. Barr, the Iran Contra political hatchetman, was successful in his job in mitigating damages especially with the Secular Talk audience. If anyone now tries to analyze the actual facts, people are now saying they're "moving the goal post", and what's more nearly the entirety of the Republican Party believes Trump is 100% not guilty on all charges. Barr's tactics worked and Kyle is refusing to admit his mistakes.

Literally the most damning portion of the Mueller report was that Trump Obstructed Justice 11 different times, most beyond a shadow of a doubt, and Kyle glossed over it as if Trump saying "I'm fucked" is as or more important. Kyle needs to just admit he was wrong before when he took Barr's memo as fact and claimed there was no Obstruction.

@Al Fabeech You fool, the report literally points out that he Obstructed Justice up to 11 different times, many beyond a shadow of a doubt. Mueller did not convict because he was leaving it up to Congress and operating under the rule that a President could not be indicted. So even if there were 1,000 different times Trump Obstructed Justice, the result would be the same, but it doesn't change the evidence.

@Al Fabeech The one who rejects the facts and reality. Your bias does not wash away the facts of the investigation.

@brothersandsistersofvalhalla LegalEagle was at least qualified to give legal perspective on it, and he had accurately pointed out what the Barr memo was misdirecting. Kyle oppositely had a anti-russiagate bias where he accepted Barr's memo as fact, so if anything Kyle's bias is misrepresenting the facts more than anyone based on what happened with the Barr letter. In this particular video he doesn't own up to his mistake where he completely dismissed the idea of an Obstruction of Justice case, where in fact, there are up to 11 different cases of Obstruction of Justice in the report, many beyond a shadow of a doubt.

@brothersandsistersofvalhalla And Kyle was intentionally ignoring or refusing to emphasize portions that had damning evidence outlined. Go look at some other channel's interpretation, Humanist Report made it his main focus that Trump Obstructed Justice 11 different times, Kyle simply glossed over it just saying "Mueller could not exonerate Trump on Obstruction", which is misleading because the evidence is still there and in plain view, Mueller just decided to let Congress be the final judge. It's literally the most damning thing in the report and Kyle went over it as if it was on par with how Trump said "I'm fucked". Not to mention, Kyle was WRONG about Obstruction when he took the word of the Barr memo and said that anyone still focusing on the Obstruction was being foolish and "latching on" to the words "not exonerated". It turns out Kyle was wrong and shouldn't have been taking the word of a political hatchetman's memo who had once covered up the Iran Contra Affair.

@brothersandsistersofvalhalla He DID pursue it, he just couldn't indict because he was operating under the DOJ rule that a president can't be indicted. He left it up to Congress in the end, that doesn't make the evidence and findings any less valid.

@FUCK GOOGLE Michael Tracey is a joke. Both as a journalist and a human. Was it his sharp journalistic instinct that concluded Maxine Waters assaulted him for pushing his mic out of her face?

Yeah seriously. That is really my biggest problem with Kyle's reporting, he's been dismissive ever since the Barr memo came out, a memo we now know was extremely biased garbage meant to mitigate damages. Something Kyle should have known because it came from a political hatchetman who covered up the Iran Contra Affair. Now the report is out and Kyle casually glosses over the fact that there is serious damning evidence in there including 11 different times Trump Obstructed Justice and Kyle simply says "Mueller could not exonerate on Obstruction", which is just as misleading as what Barr said. I've personally been saying there would be no collusion from the report for years, whether Trump actually did it or not, but Kyle's overall conclusions are misleading, and his ego is going to his head. He was WRONG on the Barr memo and now he's drawing misleading conclusions from the actual report with ignoring and under-emphasizing damning portions.

@august-5085 Because he's not right about big portions of the report, and he's glossing over and under-emphasizing damning evidence. Just a week or two ago he was taking the Barr memo as fact and claimed there was no Obstruction and people were being foolish for "latching onto" it saying "could not exonerate". He was dead wrong.

Probably because both sides were partly correct. This is why everyone should've waited until the report came out. So much speculation and time wasted by everyone, especially corporate media more than anything.
