  1. Yeah I saw that, he explained how it was strictly from a viewpoint while he was in the armed forces and knew that the Republicans would give them unlimited funds. I think this is mostly a forgivable answer and just shows that maybe he wasn't the most informed back then either especially when you're fighting overseas.

He did explain in an interview with Cenk Uyger that he used to vote Republican for personal reasons while he was in the military purely because he knew there would be more funding from Republican presidents. I think this is mostly a forgivable detail about Ojeda that we can overlook and just chalk up to him being uninformed back then when he was in the armed forces. I would've loved to see Ojeda on that debate stage nonetheless.
