  3. +TheNextTurn, +AlexCrivellone - Do either of you even watch TYT or do you just take the word of other people when they talk about "TYT's coverage of Russia"? TYT factually reporting on news from the Russia probe does not somehow make them "mimic MSNBC". That is total bullshit, especially since their opinions on Russia, Mueller probe, and Stupid Watergate are nothing like MSM's and they have said countless times they think what will end Trump is not "collusion" but it will be for money launder, fraud and his close ties to Russian banks and oligarchs. If some day Trump were to be impeached over Mueller's findings of money launder, fraud, etc. would that still make reporting on the Russia probe nonsense to you? It would be incredibly enormous news and you would prefer your channels just don't cover it AT ALL? Imagine if people had the same sentiment about Watergate back in the 70s, nobody would've ever reported on Watergate and Nixon may not have been impeached/resigned since the public wasn't holding his feet to the fire, and imagine if a news station didn't report on Watergate at all back then because they thought it was all bull like what you think about Mueller's investigation. That would make them look pretty fucking stupid that they didn't report nearly once on the biggest news story of the decade. Do you really want all progressive stations to just have a full black out of any Russia or Mueller probe news whatsoever? We all rail on Fox News constantly for omitting any news that doesn't fit their agenda and we all rail on MSM in general for never covering American poverty, income inequality and only ever talking about Russia and Stormy Daniels. Is TYT factually reporting on the Mueller probe really that big of an issue that you would spit on them and call them MSNBC, who is essentially their polar opposite when you break down what issues their both in favor of? You and everyone else with this mindset need to seriously rethink what you're saying, because you're honestly starting to sound like the establishment that omit news constantly and smear anyone that doesn't share their same views.

I like Kyle Kulinski a lot and I like TYT a lot because they have the exact same views on nearly everything and the main difference is Kyle barely ever talks about the Mueller probe, which is fine, but I'm glad TYT does because I'm grateful I can watch it through them without having to get any big news about it whatsoever from MSM considering they're take on it has a HUGE establishment bias. Also, Kyle is just one guy so of course there is going to be far more coverage from TYT. About 10 times many people work there, which is why they do stories on Kanye and the news that comes from the Mueller probe because they cover all of it whereas Kyle has to pick from tons of issues he wants to cover and only gets to cover a handful a day, which is also likely why Kyle never talks about Mueller's investigation much in the first place because he thinks it is a lower priority than many other things, which is a feeling he shares with TYT because I positive they think the Mueller probe story is also not as important as the issues that Berniecrats champion. They say so all the time. They're able to cover it all though and if you were to actually watch their videos instead of just criticizing them, you would see their opinions on all of it is logical and make a whole lot of sense. They have never "bought into MSM's take on the Russia story". They make it very obvious to anyone who watches them.

  5. +HYde Jekyll - If I had to pick one I would also probably pick Kyle over TYT, but I am able to get certain news from Kyle and I am able to get certain news from TYT, and I also watch Humanist Report for news on Net Neutrality. They all have a lot of positives to them and specific niches they're good at.

  8. +Alex Crivellone - TYT reports on tons of things. They do news coverage for like 8 hours a day, so yeah of course they're going to try to cover as much as they can. I really don't know what your problem is with them besides you being strongly opinionated that they shouldn't report on Russia or the Mueller probe whatsoever. You realize that they have their own unique opinions of the whole controversy, they are nowhere near close to the kind of shit MSM says about the story. Maybe you should actually watch one of their stories on it instead of just jumping to the conclusion that it's immediately biased trash automatically because they're reporting on it at all. Again, I think it's worse for news channels to blackout entire coverage of a big story because they're purposely omitting news from their viewers to fit their agenda, which is something I see Jimmy Dore do more and more lately. If he is your upstanding version of the perfect progressive channel, then that is unfortunate because he never gives his viewers the full scope so they can make determinations on the news themselves. TYT at least gives you all the facts and all the stories relevant and worth mentioning that day when they report on the news and they leave their opinions of the stories after their reporting so you can skip it if you only want the facts.

  9. +Alex Crivillone - I personally don't like it when my news media omits news from me and I can tell they are purposefully trying to shape a narrative to their viewers to follow some agenda. I don't appreciate this type of reporting because it is how media manipulates people, which is how we wound up with Trump supporters. TYT does a healthy amount of reporting on the Russia/Mueller probe story and only reports on big news from it like Michael Cohen getting raided and such, whereas MSM does constant overkill on it while Jimmy Dore does literally nothing on it and instead only ever does stories about criticizing MSM for reporting on it, in which both of those processes are hugely biased while TYT is the only one who takes the level headed approach with the most amount of journalistic integrity in my opinion. I respect Secular Talk and others for not wanting to cover the Russia story/Mueller probe much, but it is going too far to constantly criticize and smear a progressive channel ON YOUR SIDE just because they factually report on events that are considered to be really big news in this country to everyone else.
