  1. It's a shame the Black vote went to Biden over Bernie. I seriously thought it was gonna be different this time, but only the young black voters overwhelmingly went for Bernie. The older Black people couldn't even describe why they were voting for Biden.

  2.  Jim Harbor  Black people need to vote the right way. At least older black voters. It's not about "co-opting the party". Obama was black & he was the most effective Republican president in modern history, he's also the reason why Biden is now the candidate & not Bernie. It's not enough to just put rich black people into power, they need to have backgrounds from poverty or hardship & have a deep conviction to fight for what they believe in.

  3.  @jinndoe7068  I don't disagree that they should vote differently, but the difference is that when older white people vote for Biden, they're voting for their own self-interests and the things that are better for suburban white people. When older black people overwhelmingly vote for Biden, they're voting for what's best for suburban white people & retaining the status quo that has oppressed black families & communities ever since they were born. In other words, a majority of Latinos voted in their own interests this primary election, but black people, specifically older black people voted against their self-interests for the guy who supported segregation earlier in his career just because "Obama likes Biden". Also, they refuse to accept that Obama was basically a Reagan-style president that governed like a 1980s Republican.
