  5. In terms of generic Democrats, it didn't land that well. It's primarily because most people dislike the idea of a mass murder against people who fought ISIS on the front lines for the US (what the media is saying). As Kyle said, this makes it much harder to tout the position of ending conflicts in the Middle East.
