He has the strongest record of voting against sanctions on countries like Iran and Russia. Maybe he's not perfect for you, but he's still miles better than everyone else.

@blazedones He didn't "dodge the question", he gave a realistic answer to a realistic problem. He promised to immediately start determining how to make a full withdraw once he has all the resources of the presidency. Sorry if that's not reactionary enough for you, but it makes sense and if you believe Bernie has any integrity whatsoever, you wouldn't be doubting that his end goal is to make a withdraw from the Middle East, especially in Iraq, a war he was opposed to since Day 1.

There's only been a few times in the last 18 years where he voted in favor of bills for funding and each time they were attached to something that generally helped the American people or veterans returning home.

@blazedones Huh? The Stop Arming Terrorists Act was never even close to being passed. To this day, it only has 14 out of 435 co-sponsors. And no, it wasn't a good vote. it was a vote on a bloated military budget, even though it wasn't the increase, it doesn't make the current military budget good or any less monstrously huge. She also voted twice for allocating more funds to Homeland Security as well. Tulsi's one of the good ones, better than Warren, but she's not a saint.

@blazedones Likewise Tulsi Gabbard is strong on LGBT rights if you ignore everything prior to 2012, are we going to really play this game? Politicians evolve and even with Bernie's evolution on foreign policy, he is still considered the most consistent politician in Washington.

All 3 things are issues he's been in favor for in the past, so I'd say things are looking good if those are your concerns.

@blazedones Lol, you're the fucking child 'demanding' an exact date for withdrawal. Bernie never made a promise on when we'd have Medicare for All either, does that mean he's not going to fight for it either? He just promised to immediately plan a withdrawal with some of the best minds to determine how to do it once he has the full power of the presidency. It's a complicated military scenario, whether you want to admit it or not. Nobody besides you seems devastated with that answer and it's pretty clear you're being purposefully obtuse about it because you don't like Bernie in the first place. You've been attacking him for anything you possibly can get away with within this comment section. Reel it in dipshit, and take yes for an answer.
