I'm not sure Kyle gave the specific detail, but Bernie Sanders didn't just win West Virginia, he won every single county in West Virginia and then Hillary was handed the state in the convention by the delegates and superdelegates. Joe Manchin decided to go with the DNC and party elites instead of with his own people and constituents.
