Well gee, if only we had an actual inspirational president win the 2020 nomination, yet groups like this and all the lib candidates forcefully backed Biden to desperately push him past the finish line despite the fact that it's clearly not what the voters really wanted when you look how Biden was doing before the Dem establishment injected his campaign with a vat of anabolic steroids.

@Legendarybman3151 Realistically, I want a real Left candidate running in the primary so they actually win. No offense to third parties, but it's a pipe dream without rank choice voting

@Legendarybman3151 Yes and a 3rd Party winning the presidency is such a close call every 4 years. - "Shoot, we'll get it next time". At least be realistic and don't bullshit. If you want to actually strengthen 3rd parties focus on the local level and try to grow them from the ground up.

@nickthompson1812 If you read my first comment, I'm specifically talking about winning the Dem primary with a Left candidate. If you get a Joe Biden winning the primary, then vote for 3rd party or don't vote at all, doesn't really matter at that point honestly, but my initial point was that I'd rather materially win by winning the Dem primary (which is shown to be incredibly unbalanced and difficult), but thinking a 3rd party will win the presidency is nothing but a pipe dream, it just is. Won't change until you have ranked choice voting. I'm on your side on the issue in general, but I'm being realistic about it. 3rd Parties have a chance if they keep trying to win at the local level and grow from the ground up using grass roots organizing. I honestly believe 3rd party growth is stunted simply because enough local candidates don't take enough chances by running 3rd party and just end up settling to run as a Democrat cause it's easier for them personally. The higher up you go in gov't the harder it is to win 3rd party, which is why a ground up strategy is really the only method that isn't an utterly useless hail mary equivalent to a child trying to dig through a mountain with a tooth pick.
