  1. I agree that Trevor Noah pulls his punches and is definitely no John Stewart, but he's still miles better than Steven Colbert and all the other late night hacks. Unfortunately once you see all these people interview Hillary Clinton and lob her softballs the whole time and give off wiffs of fawning undeserved admiration, you start seeing just how deep the establishment mindset goes and i wonder what a John Stewart interview with Hillary Clinton would be like. Also i think the worst thing Noah has done on his show (that I've seen) is when he had Ocasio-Cortez on and asked her the "How do we pay for it?" nonsense.

  2. She doesn't have enough name recognition outside progressive circles. She would run into the same issue Bernie had in 2016. Tulsi 2020 is not realistic but if you have Bernie/Tulsi 2020, then Tulsi 2024 or 2028 is a total realistic scenario.

  5. No late night hosts cut it, they're all garbage. Trevor Noah is probably the most watchable though. If we lived in a country that wasn't broken by record levels of corporate corruption, Lee Camp would have his own primetime slot and Steven Colbert would never have never turned into a neoliberal douche.

  6.  @robertbaur3145  Yeah it's a real shame. I think Seth Meyers might still be a tad worse because he really dives into the identity politics (he definitely has a Hillary-worshiping team of writers) but Colbert is just garbage now since he moved off Comedy Central. Seriously though, just watch all their interviews with Hillary, Noah is the only one who even slightly challenges her, but they all talk to her as if she's their boss, it's disgusting to watch every time.
