  2. +RealityCalling - The left tends to believe in science more because most people understand that if you wanted to sit down and figure out the facts and statistics for yourself, you can go read a book on climate science and analyze a chart about greenhouse gas effects or the change in global average temperature over time and this will actually tell you the evidence is real not just take it on "faith" as the majority of conservatives do. If you care enough about the truth, believing in science will actually convince you of it and show you the reality, whereas the non-scientific route would just lead you down a dead end and the statement "God works in mysterious ways" or some bullshit.

If you wanted to test the "theory of gravity" for yourself you can go outside (or stay inside) and test the acceleration and downward velocity of an object based on its mass and the time it takes to drop from your hand to the floor. You can double check if those scientific calculations you call "theories" are actually accurate by testing their validity right in your own home. Is there some way you can do a test to see if God is up in the clouds? Is there some passage in the bible that conveys how you can dig up the Earth anywhere to prove there was somehow a world-wide flood and a Arc at some point compared to digging up stone and earth that shows you fossils, layers of sedimentary rock and proves to you that evolution is based on the physical awareness of our environment not some 2,000 year old book written about giants, wizards and fairies. I'm not sure why I'm even talking to you, this isn't a real debate and your point is just straight lunacy. It comes from a lack of understanding of how the scientific method works and likely from never taking any science classes in your life. If you want to be a real skeptic of science, then stop using your computer, phone, and anything that has been created by the grasp and understanding of science and technology.

  4. Glenn Beck is living proof that the entire right-wing construct is nothing but theater to tell people what they want to hear for money and Youtube clicks. It's just an endless rabbit hole because the media heads just feed into the irrational fears and reactionary anger, while over time the viewers ideologies just get more and more extreme. It's a perpetual abusive relationship that creates some of the most deranged right-wingers that we see today.
