The $17 Trillion in savings is way more realistic because that study actually utilizes a growth rate in price increases for our current system, which back in 2015 said that our current system's annual price would go up by 5.6% every year and if you implement that into how much our system costs this year and an additional 5.6% every consecutive year after, you come out with about $49 Trillion when you actually do big boy math and not just do simple multiplication as the Koch Brothers did in their study who assume that our healthcare costs never go up after 2018 even though they've been increasing by 5.6% every year and will likely be even worse now that Trump has begun to sabotage the ACA since last year. $17 Trillion is the realistic number here since that Koch Brothers study does NOT even apply a growth rate.
