Yeah, I had to go back and watch that part twice, I honestly don't know if he was playing devil's advocate or legitimately questioned whether it was Obstruction (he said "I don't know, is that actually Obstruction of Justice?"), he's questioned it in the past more than once. Either way, he seems to be trying to spread the idea that it's actually a real question whether it's Obstruction. If that's your argument, then you're just arguing against legal facts at this point.

  4. Agree with everything you're saying, except when you question whether it is actually obstruction when the underlying crime was inconclusive. C'mon Kyle, it is still ABSOLUTELY Obstruction, now you're just arguing against legal facts. That being said, we shouldn't waste any time on impeachment that's pointless.
