As other people have asked, why are you "disappointed" by AMLO. Seems like he's doing a good job from the few things I've seen. Better than anything a US president has done probably since LBJ and the Civil Rights Movement.

Politicians have been getting by with cushy jobs for far too long. The people don't elect them just to get a position where they can put their feet up on their desk after. Seems like AMLO is on the right track in that regard.

@Lum3336 Yeah good point. Anything is better than Enrique Pena Nieto, who accepted millions from drug cartels and shady businesses corrupting officials to take large gov't contracts. There's also that shitstorm where the cartel killed a bus full of ~40 students with the help/coordination of local and federal law enforcement (and the mayor of the town it occurred in) and Nieto's gov't basically covered it up either because of bribery or to brush it under the rug.

Imagine a world where Bernie Sanders is the president and collaborates closely with AMLO on things like the drug war and diplomacy throughout the Americas. Guarantee we'd already be on good terms with Venezuela and gas would be at a normal price.

Wasn't the Biden admin trying to play nice with Venezuela so they could get their hands on their oil, you know, considering gas is over $5/gallon now? Seems like a shit way to solve their problem.
