Brand isn't anti-vax, he's simply pro-freedom and pro-choice on the matter of getting the vaccine. Saying that though, I have noticed a lot of anti-vaxxers flooding his comments, which honestly isn't his fault if they're going to misinterpret his ideology.

Yeah, that's really fucked up. Norm literally just died from cancer (he didn't even tell anyone he had it so people wouldn't look at him differently), & the guy can't even defend himself anymore. Pretty low

@slime8177 Macdonald wasn't a conservative (just like how Brand isn't anti-vax) & honestly it wouldn't matter even if he was or wasn't. The guy's only been gone for less than a month and the Daily Beast is already trying to lob allegations at his corpse that he can't defend & have no real purpose but to hurt his legacy and kick him when he's down (from cancer).

@raider968 Didn't even know Jimmy was saying crap like that on vaccines, but I can believe it entirely. He also seemed extremely biased regarding the Afghanistan withdrawal. He either beat around the bush on the withdrawal refusing to openly support it since Biden was the one who ordered it, or he was even making videos attacking Biden right alongside mainstream media attacking Biden (who were desperately trying to shame Biden into stopping the withdrawal). Incredibly disappointing stuff, & it's all because Dore is extremely biased against things/people he has a predisposition to already hate/dislike such as Joe Biden, the Democrats, and more recently that's expanded to include Leftists such as Bernie Sanders, Nina Turner, Congressional Progressives, otherwise he would've made a single video or comment about the $3.5 Trillion spending bill, an issue I haven't seen him acknowledge even once, much less give any shred of credit to the Progressive Caucus for their actions in "forcing a vote" (irony intended).

Russell Brand has basically become the new Joe Rogan for the Left (I say that as neither a good nor bad thing). He has an incredibly huge and growing platform? Check. Has both Left and Right guests on his show to debate across the political spectrum? Check. Has now gotten smeared by the mainstream media who misconstrue his views? Check.

Yeah he has a good ideology overall, but I also think it's true he goes a little too far in his skepticism on vaccines. Doesn't mean he's anti-vax, & I'm actually in agreement with him regarding the mandate, but when he makes like 10 videos a week questioning the vaccine, it tends to have a backlash effect & embolden anti-vaxxers, who are already far too nutty. My only criticism is that he should handle it a bit more responsibly & give his viewers stats on the effectiveness of the vaccine like Kyle does. If you only talk about the negatives/skepticism and none of the positives, it does paint an image for viewers.
