@bjknobel I personally think Tulsi is better than everyone after Bernie. I think she was miles better than Yang. However, what you're saying is misleading. The criticisms of Tulsi from the Left are totally disconnected from the baseless smears from the establishment, which mainly just revolve around "She's an Assad toadie". The left nearly always defends her from that attack unanimously. You'll never hear her comments about open borders on MSNBC or CNN though, they don't care if she's lumping Bernie Sanders in with all the establishment democrats and agreeing that they all "hate America". The only thing that has cross-over criticism now is how she voted present on impeachment, which I personally don't care about, but people saw it as her giving Trump a pass on his crimes (they were crimes despite impeachment being stupid), and specifically her reasoning for doing it was not "I think Democrats will be weakened from impeachment", it was how she was both sidesing the issue & claiming the Left & Right need to come together. Aside from this issue, the criticisms against her are wildly different from the Left & centrists, just like everything else they do.
