@jamesrutherford1475 Bernie was winning in 2020 before Bloody Monday changed everything and flipped the game board on its head. He absolutely was trying to win - you could tell by his poll numbers in the first three states. As soon as the centrists coalesced & all the Lefty candidates additionally endorsed Biden (or stayed silent like Warren), Bernie was fighting a losing battle. Let's not rewrite history and pretend like Bernie's campaign wasn't an extremely transformative movement, even if it ultimately wasn't big enough to stand up against the entire establishment + Warren's snake campaign.

Should be Nina Turner, so hopefully she wins her Congressional rematch next year. The establishment knows this, which is why they flooded her race with millions of corrupt dollars.

Bernie effectively lost the primary after the 2nd Super Tuesday, it was clear as day at that point. However, realistically the primary was over the moment the centrists consolidated and Warren refused to drop out before the 1st Super Tuesday. Bernie didn't drop out and endorse Biden until pretty late in that process. I didn't blame him for anything aside from not asking for concessions from Biden (though that seemed to work out fine anyways considering the Spending Bill being pushed in the House right now). For me, I knew the primary was over the moment the Super Tuesday election results came in and it was apparent that Warren crippled Bernie's chances of matching a consolidated neoliberal vote.

Pretty sure that stuff was mostly what was being said after Bernie's campaign team were convinced he wasn't going to win (essentially after both Super Tuesday elections). "Joementum" and Bloody Monday basically cemented the end of the race, most people were just too dense to see it was over. Though, even after Bloody Monday, the campaign was still throwing sucker punches at Biden in Michigan over bad Trade Deals and the like, up until the 2nd Super Tuesday election I believe. Though, after Bloody Monday and the neoliberal consolidation, it was like Bernie was pushing a snowball up a mountain & there was nothing any of us could do to help except eventually yell at him for wanting to drop the snowball after the 3rd time it rolled back down the hill.

Maybe the DNC wants Kamala, but even bobbleheads in the media are starting to realize just how bad of an idea it would be to run Kamala Harris in 2024.

People see Kamala Harris at the top of the list & now the Left is begging for another Bernie Sanders presidential campaign lol. I can't blame them though, she's the fucking worst.
