We currently have a neofascist administration who calls universal healthcare Communism. Whereas Biden at least said he would be for a public option in the primary despite his watered down position now. Which side do you think is easier to fight to get Single Payer healthcare or even a public option. This isn't hard to understand. You pick the option that will do the least amount of damage in the long run & the Democrats are much weaker than the Republicans & easier to pressure. Not sure why so many people who watch this channel think this is the unreasonable position when they're the ones acting on pure emotion

Because Trump is in the White House, you instead got Homeland Security & Border Patrol throwing people into unmarked vans as their reaction to the chaos & protests. Also, considering the Economic Disaster going on, the worsening pandemic, & growing threat of Climate Change, yes people are likely to mobilize just as much as the Civil Rights Movement in the years to come especially if we have a mass homelessness crisis once this Depression really gets into gear. The fact that "literally zero change" has happened is because Republicans are in power. If they had the House along with the Senate, we would get backwards change like what happened with their tax cuts bill. I'm not even sure wtf you're arguing for. Do you think we should allow Trump have 4 more years? Is that seriously you're position or you are you arguing & judging people just for the sake of it.

I agree about the deity part. People are acting like Bernie raped their parents in front of them, when all he's doing is arguing for the lesser evil, the same thing he did in 2016 & the same thing Noam Chomsky advocates for. Nobody is forcing you to vote for anyone by simply making the case that it's best to vote for the person who causes the least amount of damage.

It took activists putting constant pressure on an administration that was even slightly amenable to their goals. If George Bush or Donald Trump was president in the 1960s, black people would not have the right to vote & we would never have gotten the Fair Housing Act. You're the delusional one if you think a Trump administration is easier to fight than a Democratic one, especially considering with a Democratic one we get stagnant change at worst, but with a Republican one we get OPPOSITE progress. Just look at what he's done to Climate policy. You're not using an ounce of you're brain.

You can't do anything to change the outcome of the primary or else people would be doing it. Attacking Joe Biden and his VP when he's made pretty clear getting Trump out of office is the goal is pretty counter-productive. Nobody wanted this outcome but yes biting the bullet is the only thing to do in this situation or you could just whine about the way things are as Kyle is doing.
