@introvertedaspie8929 Marianne Williamson is literally the ONLY candidate who can claim she is "for reparations" all the others are lying. However, even she said she's not in favor of "cutting a check", she said there would be 100 Billion set aside for PROGRAMS that benefit the black community. To anyone reading this: explain how Bernie's platform would have a different outcome when it disproportionately helps people of color at the bottom.

I saw that video too and thought David was being naive, but he did clearly state he just didn't know enough about Castro's policies at that point. I'm sure he feels differently now (even though Castro still hasn't explained anything about his platform).

Marianne Williamson is literally the only candidate who is for ACTUAL reparations and even she is not in favor of "writing a check". She has said she's in favor of allotting 100 billion for descendants that "go to Programs" to help the black community, nearly the same exact thing Bernie's platform would do. This conversation is so so so stupid guys.

@imperialchimpanzee122 It wasn't even "reparations". This guy has been saying this everywhere and people keep debunking it to his face. It was a bill that forced corporations that profited off holocaust victims to give back their property and assets to the victims. It wasn't "reparations" from the federal government. This guy knows he's wrong yet keeps saying this shit everywhere.

@aardvarmario It's 52% from the polls I've seen, and what percentage of that are Black Americans who will ONLY care about reparations and specifically reparations. I'm sure the vast majority of that number will still see Sanders policy platform as overwhelmingly helping black Americans because it DOES and that's the reality of it if you actually cared to understand how his policies effect minority communities. Did you even support Sanders before this? I have a feeling you didn't considering how much shit you're talking on him. Because his numbers with Black Americans was already around 73% (source below), I doubt that number is going to dwindle much just because he's for helping the black community in 99 other ways that don't involve individual checks, something that has 0% chance of passing even IF Bernie supported it, because Congress controls the gov'ts wallet and this issue only polls at 32% unlike Med4All which polls at 75% and THAT is even going to be a hard fucking battle to win in Congress even WITH the overwhelming majority of Americans backing it. https://thehill.com/sites/default/files/berniepoll_0.jpg

You make up like half the comments on this video and have been using your bullshit "Bernie supports reparations for Jews" argument countless times now even though people have debunked it every single time. Marianne Williamson is the ONLY 2020 candidate who has even slightly supported reparations, but even she said she does not support "cutting a check for individuals". She said there should be several billion dollars allotted to specific programs that benefit the black community. Is this something you support or not? Or are you legitimately just hung up on personal checks specifically only for African descendants. But apparently not for other slave descendants and Caribbean slave descendants who even literally went through slavery, Jim Crow, segregation and mass incarceration, which might be my biggest criticism of what you're saying.
