If they were transparent, they would all have signs on their back and tattoos on their faces saying "Property of Anthem!" or "Eli Lily Mouthpiece" and "Raytheon's Bitch"

This means that Elizabeth Warren voted down all these provisions too. It's not like we didn't already know she was trash, but things like this are just a reminder that she was always a complete fake.

In regards to Bernie proposing these as standalone bills, I'm not an expert on the Senate, but it seems to me that's very difficult to do without the support of other Senators or without it being introduced through a committee. If this vote is any indication, I doubt Democrats or Republicans would ever let that type of standalone vote see the light of day.

@TheBigGSN5 Bernie has been in Congress and Senate for numerous decades, is he perfect? No, but he's overall usually always been on the right side of the issues and clearly still is. Also, "voted for the war machine" is really vague and a little misleading when you consider his record as a whole along with his reasoning for any questionable votes he's made over the last 300 years - they're never from a position of corruption or legalized bribery and that specifically is why he's the best we got cause everyone else in there is doing the bidding of corporations and special interests, whereas Bernie's mistakes are at least genuine and from a principled stance even if they're wrong.

I think the latter is more accurate than you realize considering all the Democrats are scared of Manchin cause they're all spineless tools, which is exactly why Manchin is the 46th president of the United States. Seems to me they all voted against Bernie's amendments out of fear, but specifically people like Sherrod Brown or Elizabeth Warren who claim to support those amendments, but are scared of their own shadows when it comes to legislation that can actually pass in the Senate.

I highly doubt Bernie even wants to run for President again, it didn't seem like he even wanted to run in 2020 personally, but knew he had to do it to continue his momentum from 2016 & rise to meet the moment presented to him. Now that his support has actually decreased from 2020, as opposed to grown from 2016 to 2020, I imagine he's definitely not going to run unless something drastic changes. I understand the necessity though since the contenders being entertained by the media are people like Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg - even if you hate Bernie for how his 2020 campaign ended, I'm sure even his biggest critics are going to start begging for an alternative to those two clowns.
