  1. Respecting the person who has their own moral code over a moral code based on ancient religious texts is totally spot on. I remember a line from Matthew McConaughey's character in True Detective where he goes off on religion: "if the only thing keeping a person decent is the expectation of divine reward, then brother, that person is a piece of shit."
