  1. This isn't avoided. The Iran government might've done the smart thing to actively avoid war, but we're just holding our breath until the Trump government does the next dumb thing that provokes them and we're just buying our time until someone else dies.

  2. Imagine if we invaded Iran and stationed troops there indefinitely (after 5,000-10,000 US troops die in the war), the US would then decide 18 years later it's time to invade Pakistan. This shit's gotta end.
