Bad trips, in my experience, are primarily only caused by bad quality of the product aka if you get the drug from somewhere you might not be familiar with and it ends up being poor quality, that's the most common source that I've seen. You get rid of the black market and that factor goes away. Then the only causes of bad trips are like if you're in a fragile emotional state (breakup, death in the family, etc) and you end up eating hallucinogens, something I think most people understand is an incredibly dumb idea.

@Odinsday He didn't change his mind, he changed his strategy because he's running for president. Last time he publicly championed an unpopular position (while running in this race), the media painted him as a monster who wants to give voting rights to terrorists in prison.

And we're not talking about the legalization of shrooms, we're talking about it used as treatment for depression. People were idiots about Cannabis for a hundred years, yet now even Boomers are starting to try it and use it for medical purposes.
