I've been telling people this ever since the primary. We lost & that's why there are no good options. Stop acting like there is a perfect solution when the perfect solution already slipped out of our grasp the night before Super Tuesday.

@Webshooters1 Did you miss the part where I said there are no good options.

@BotchedGod People like Crowder & Ben Shapiro aren't being judged because they're simply right-wing, they're being judged because they have some an extremely insane views & are paid by billionaires to spread pro-corporate propaganda. You don't see anyone bashing Saagar Enjeti simply because he's on the Right - you can tell he's a conservative but also that he's not bought & owned by corporate special interests to be a mouthpiece for the establishment. Crowder, Shapiro & others are.

@MrAJordan94 I'm commenting on what Kyle said near the end about how there is no real solution to the scenario we're in. The only real answer is to win elections & not lose, everything else is just a messy cleanup so we can get ready to prepare & try again for the next time to ensure we don't get in this BS situation again (luckily millions more boomers will be gone by then). This political ditch we're in is not going end until we actually win a presidential primary & put in place a leftist who fires corrupt officials at the DNC & reforms the committee so it's not anti-democratic & allowing elites to grasp onto political power so they can ignore the needs of the working class.

If the Left wants to get serious about winning, we need to NOT run 5 different candidates the left fights over all primary in 2024. It's gonna be Joe Biden as the neoliberal flag holder, so if we have Warren, Yang, Tulsi, & then Nina Turner runs, we're gonna fucking lose again just like 2020. I think it's that simple.

@Bobby Dana No it's just basic logic.

@Bobby Dana I think you're being purposefully obtuse. & it's a false dichotomy to say you can either go third party or you have to automatically support the Democratic Party as a whole. That's not what people are saying & I think you know that. Winning the presidential primary with a candidate like Nina Turner is still a far far more valid path to victory than building up a 3rd party from the ground up when there is not just a cultural bias, but there are systematic constructs in place to rig elections against 3rd parties. Nobody thinks it's fair or right, but it's what we have to work with.
2
@Bobby Dana You also didn't explain how the logic possibly works out regarding 3rd parties & then just deflected to a strawman of the alternative position. You're just arguing dishonestly.
1
@Bobby Dana Your framing is dishonest. You're acting as if leftists automatically agree with the worst corrupt actors inside the Democratic Party if they decide they're going to fight inside it to defeat those corrupt actors. Do I need to explain any further why that framing is dishonest?
