Considering how the Rittenhouse trial ended, was "congratulated" at Mar-A-Lago by Trump like some hero for killing 2 people, & was offered a Republican internship by known sex trafficker Matt Gaetz, I was starting to think we'd see an onslaught of white male conservatives taking their guns to find trouble and do their own brand of "vigilante justice" (like we saw in Ahmaud's case), but the verdict against the McMichaels has hopefully helped to deescalate the precedent the judge set for the Rittenhouse case ie "it's okay to use an illegal AR-15 to shoot into a crowd of people and kill political adversaries all under the excuse of 'protecting anonymous property' aka what cops are paid for".

  2. It's amazing that it took his mother two years to get a fair trial for her son. The shooters spent 2 years evading justice and were even walking free with no charges for a sizable portion of that time, all because the system is rigged to favor ex-cops and white conservatives in general (people that are usually rubbing elbows with law enforcement).
