Whether you lean one way or the other on the issue, people always lash out at politicians and others when they don't give a specific answer they like or aren't "strong" enough on the issue for some leftists who take a purist approach on the issue while establishment types get angry when you call the conflict what it is, 'a violation of human rights' etc.
