  1. Because people are afraid of what she means for politics and a likely shift to the left. The Republicans and right-wing are worried this brand of real populism works and completely counter-acts their fake populism and could ultimately steal their voters so I imagine we'll just be seeing the dial turned up to 11 for Republican fear-mongering from here on out with more populist left candidates entering government. She's also been getting targeted by leftists as well because she raises the likelihood that the Democratic Party takeover can happen and increases the favorability for progressives running in the Dem Party. In other words, she almost entirely gets attacked because people are afraid of what she can accomplish.
