  1. Couldn't agree more. AoT for obvious reasons, but FMA Brotherhood really sold me on it with its final fight between Bradley and Scar. That shit was like a goddamn Tarantino or Sergio Leone movie. It wasn't perfect, but there were parts to it that were just masterfully done that I thought went past the genre & artistic medium itself

  2.  @jpm8002  Emotional and pulls on the heart strings? Yes. Thought-provoking? Fuck no. I mean maybe some parts have their moments, but the appeal of One Piece is that it has endless amounts of heart and soul and is a romantic journey of adventure. Don't act like it's something its not and comparing it to Attack on Titan on "thought provoking" merits is just a losing battle
