When you listen carefully yeah. Problem is he tries to say it in a very casual way & also he comes off as a car fanatic, which is a reasonable cover for cop behavior and attention to details regarding cars and roads.

@bobbyb4024 I've never seen it and I don't know a single person who has actually been helped by the cops. They're either menacing & aggressive or just simply unhelpful or unnecessary. The very few times I ever actually needed law enforcement, they haven't done one single thing to help in my entire life, even when I gave them evidence & a specific direction to continue a report. The times they've screwed me over for victimless trivial shit is another story though.
