Imagine if somebody bought your restaurant, fired the manager and half all employees because to buy the restaurant the new owner had to run the restaurant into massive debt, so now the restaurant needs double the revenue it used to generate or it's done for. (so already, as a line chef or waiter, you think this guy is the worst, severely hurting your job security just so this new owner could irresponsibly buy your restaurant on a whim). Then imagine the new owner is telling all remaining employees they need to start working in a completely different way (no more remote work) simply because the owner personally doesn't like the previous work ethic due to contrarian views about COVID-19. THEN, the owner starts firing people publicly in front of employees and customers because the remaining workers are trying to give the owner recommendations when he asks questions publicly about how to run the restaurant, yet the owner keeps disrespecting employees in front of customers and the rest of the staff. Yeah, it'd be a matter of time until all those employees leave that restaurant and never look back.

  2. If I were a Twitter employee I would be absolutely done with Musk. This giant douchebag first buys Twitter on a whim, immediately putting your company into massive debt, then fires half all the co-workers you know at your job, tells remaining employees they need to come into office probably without even understanding their remote systems, and just generally disrespects Twitter employees on the platform, continually firing workers in most likely wrongful termination suits.
