  1. I always vote for the best progressive with the best chance. That is usually a Democratic nominee. Usually the underdog Democratic nominee, but party lines don't really matter considering I imagine most progressive Democrats would run as Independents or Green if we lived in a system where the 3rd parties were not at a giant disadvantage. This woman is a good example of how the D or I don't really matter since she was trying to run as a Dem, but then got pushed out so ran as an Independent, which she likely would've run as in the first place if it didn't mean she'd be at a disadvantage.

  2. Except there is now a growing Bernie wing of the party and will likely start a real Progressive caucus soon either after the 2018 midterms or after 2020 when far more are elected into office.
