Her girl power line was clearly rehearsed and she would've said it no matter what Bernie said to the moderator. She's just coming off as a slimy rehearsed politician.

@JeanetteFaith Hey kay, you realize that what CNN is doing is going to hurt Warren more than anyone right? She started this feud by leaking info about that private meeting (whether it's a lie, embellishment or not) and now CNN has been stoking the flames to the point where it's become out of control for Warren's campaign to handle and it's hurting both sides of the conflict now. CNN's debate last night was journalistic malpractice and now the results is going to hurt Progressives in general, and guess what? It's going to only help CNN and Joe Biden. Hope you're happy with the result now, because you won't be later once the polling starts to come in.

@wa2368 "handed the presidency to Donnie on a silver platter". He campaigned all over the country for Hillary and did more rallies than her, THAT'S what you call "handing the presidency on a silver platter". He got booed by his own supporters for endorsing Clinton and campaigning for her but he did it anyway because he cared most about defeating Trump. Bernie could drop out and endorse Warren tomorrow (even though he's in first in early states) and you same people would still spit on him and whine about how he should've done it sooner (because that's what you already say about 2016). This is embarrassing and pathetic to watch. People aren't putting up with your ridiculous garbage anymore, they can see with their own two eyes what is happening right now and their memories are still intact to when Bernie worked his ass off to make Hillary president after the primary was over. Also, if you seriously believe Warren could defeat Trump, at least with the campaign she's been running so far, then you need to get your head examined. Knowing her advisers, she'd probably make her main strategy highlighting Trump as a sexist and misogynist and we all know how well that has worked out in the past.

If you're a Warren supporter, you should be just as pissed at CNN as Bernie supporters, they're purposefully trying to create conflict and escalate tensions so Progressives in general are hurt before voting starts. That's not good for anyone but CNN and Joe Biden.

This is so stupid, if you didn't want him to defend his character at the debate (something he HAS to do), then you shouldn't have leaked the information in the first place. We KNOW for a fact it was Warren's team that leaked the info, did they think Bernie wasn't going to defend himself??

This feud might've been initiated by the Warren campaign, but as far as I can tell, CNN has single-handedly stoked these flames as much as possible. Their moderator and questions were the biggest disgrace in politics and journalism I've ever seen.

@griswaldgirl Except saying it at that moment just came off as tone deaf and incredibly rehearsed despite what the first person had said. Bernie just explained how he agrees a woman can become president (HE AGREES) and then Warren's response is "let me explain why women CAN win!" Her response was contrived and forced because they both AGREE A WOMAN CAN WIN. People felt like they were going insane watching that back and forth. It's primarily CNN's fault due to their own shitty behavior, but it makes no sense why Warren didn't adjust her direction or say "I'm glad Bernie agrees a woman can be president, because.." and then she gives the rest of her answer. Instead it was "Bernie disagrees now let me explain why he's wrong". There were very few people outside the media who thought her response was good and many people in the media were calling it "bizarre".

@JeanetteFaith Strange how you care about defeating Trump but refuse to vote for Bernie to beat Trump in the general. That's some airtight logic you have there. I'll vote for Warren if she's the nominee, but you can be an idiot if you want.
