No, I've heard Kyle state that the obstruction of justice charges are credible (even though he's also trivialized them when the report first came out), he just doesn't think they would be enough to impeach, which is true. It all comes down to whether you think 'impeachment without success' would be beneficial for progressives or the Dem party, or just beneficial for getting rid of Trump. I disagree with Kyle on many things surround this issue, but I think he's correct on the impeachment logic.
